It's coming together!

The last few days of workouts have been wonderful - none missed this week (which is great), although I did grossly undercalculate my swim workout on Wednesday!

I do need to get into a nice routine. : )

Last evening, after my run & weights, I FINALLY fell asleep and stayed asleep for a regular period of time. Although it was a bit short, I actually did sleep well.

Today, I've enjoyed my day off from training - I feel a bit 'antsy'. Like I should be doing something - but actually, I can feel that I've needed the rest. I did nice girly things - running errands, shopping in Birmingham and actually making dinner! YAY.

Just roasting some coffee now for the week ahead and will be just about set. : )
