Since I began my IM Training Program, I've been sleeping very poorly: off hours; long 4 - 5 hour naps in the middle of the day then unable to sleep; falling asleep at 8:00 pm, waking at Midnight then unable to sleep again until 5:00 am when it is time for me to get up.
AAARGHHH! I thought it might have been temporary, but it seems to be continuing. The only good thing about being utterly exhausted today is that maybe I will gut it through the day and the evening workout to be able to get to sleep tonight.
Not sure what it is but it needs to resolve soon - sleep is the best way for me to recover and that doesn't seem to be happening!
